How to Manually Install eSIM Using Activation Code on Pixel & Nokia Phones

If you're trying to install your eSIM on a Pixel or Nokia phone but the QR code isn't working — don’t worry. You can still activate your eSIM manually using the SM-DP address and activation code provided in your confirmation email. What You’ll Need ? - A stable Wi-Fi or mobile internet connection - The SM-DP address and activation code (usually starts with LPA:1$...) - A compatible Pixel or Nokia smartphone with eSIM support Pixel and Nokia phones both use the same stock Android interface, so these steps will apply to both. Go to settings > Mobile Network > Add eSIM > Tap "Download your SIM instead  > Tap Next > It will ask you to scan the QR code, but in this part you will need tap "Need Help"  And that’s it — no QR code required! By manually entering the SM-DP+ address and activation code, you're fully in control of setting up your eSIM. It's a great backup option if scanning doesn't go as planned. |
