This eSIM connects to China Unicom for fast 4G/5G data, with hotspot and tethering supported.
What are the support hours for US and Europe customers?
Our support team is live 16 hours a day (9 AM to 1 AM AEST), covering US evenings & mornings plus UK & EU daytime, via live chat and email.

Our eSIMs are data-only and do not include a phone number. For calls and texts, we recommend using internet-based (VoIP) calling and messaging apps.
