Register your arrival date at gstarlink.com/pages/activate. Your request will be processed within 24 hours. Your 28-day service begins from the arrival date.
After submitting your request, you'll receive a confirmation email. We activate your SIM 1 day before your nominated arrival date.

Quick fixes for common issues
- Check Data Roaming and Mobile Data are ON
- Verify APN:
airtelnet.es/wap@wap/wap125 - Restart your phone
- Try the SIM in another phone
Calls work only within Spain and EU. Outside Spain it's data-only. Use WhatsApp or Skype.
SIM may not be activated yet (2 pm Sydney time on nominated date). Try manual network selection:
- Airplane Mode ON for 1 minute
- Turn it OFF — reboots the connection
- Reinsert the SIM, restart
- Try in another device
- If "No SIM" on two devices, contact us
