With most of our SIM cards, you'll need to turn on data roaming! Turning on data roaming is super simple!
Here's how you can do it:
Apple
Settings > Mobile > Mobile Data Options > Turn on Data Roaming
Android
Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Turn on Data Roaming
Note: It may appear different on other Android devices. Just look around in your settings for Data Roaming!
Other devices
If you're having trouble finding the setting, you can quickly Google "your device how to turn on data roaming" and it should pop up!
