What are the support hours for US and Europe customers?

Our eSIMs are data-only and do not include a phone number. For calls and texts, we recommend using VoIP apps like WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Skype, or Google Voice.

Your eSIM will connect to one or more local networks in the covered countries. Most support 4G LTE, and some offer 5G speeds where available.

Easy Setup Before Flying

I worked remotely for a few mornings from cafés in Seoul and used hotspot on my laptop. Video meetings stayed stable and uploading files was much quicker than I expected.
