I expected good reception in places like Munich and Vienna but was pleasantly surprised it also worked well in smaller towns along our road trip. Navigation updated quickly and Spotify streamed without buffering. Even my partner commented how much smoother it was than the travel SIM we'd used a few years ago.

Used this while travelling for work between London, Brussels and Frankfurt. Had Teams meetings, uploaded documents and tethered my laptop a few times from hotel lobbies and train stations. Speeds were more than enough for what I needed. Never had to hunt around for public WiFi which probably saved me a heap of time. Would happily buy the same one again.

One of the reasons I bought this was so I could leave my Australian SIM switched on for banking codes. Everything worked exactly how I hoped. My Aussie number stayed active while this handled all the data. Didn't miss any verification texts and still had fast internet across France, Switzerland and Italy. Made travelling heaps easier.

I compared prices at the airport after arriving and realised I'd actually saved quite a bit by buying this beforehand. Setup only took a couple of minutes and I was already connected before we even left baggage claim. Used it heavily for Instagram, maps, restaurant bookings and video calls home. Never felt limited by the service.

Really happy with the eSIM overall. Installation was simple and it worked across six countries without needing any manual changes. Speeds were excellent in cities and airports. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that reception became a little slower while driving through some rural parts of northern Scotland. It wasn't unusable by any means, just noticeable compared with city coverage. I'd still definitely recommend it to most travellers, especially if your trip is mainly around the larger towns and tourist areas.

I'd never used an eSIM before so I was expecting it to be a bit confusing. The instructions were actually really easy to follow and everything was ready before my flight. I did get an activation message while still in Australia which worried me for a second, but support explained that's completely normal and to wait until I arrived in Europe. Sure enough it connected within a minute after landing in Paris. Really appreciate the quick reply from the team.

This was the 2nd Global Starlink eSIM I used to cover my 6 week trip in France & Spain. They both worked well providing all the data I needed & were easy to activate. What was really impressive was the customer service team who were very prompt in replying to any questions I had & a minor problem I had when I switched to the 2nd eSIM. They were really excellent & mean you can have complete confidence using this product. Highly recommended.

We visited quite a few European ports during our cruise and I only really needed mobile data whenever we got off the ship. Every time we arrived somewhere the eSIM found a local network by itself. No fiddling around with settings. It made organising tours and checking transport really easy. Also nice knowing I wasn't paying expensive roaming charges.

Thought something had gone wrong because the eSIM wouldn't connect the night before I flew. Sent a message and they explained it only activates once you're inside the coverage area. They were right. As soon as I landed in Madrid it connected almost instantly. Really appreciated the honest explanation instead of making me troubleshoot things that weren't actually broken.

Bought this before our Europe rail trip and honestly forgot about it after the first day because it just worked. Installed the eSIM while still in Australia, then it activated automatically once we landed in Amsterdam. We travelled through the Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Italy using trains almost every day. Signal stayed surprisingly good even between stations. Used Google Maps, Trainline and WhatsApp constantly. Battery life also seemed better than when I've used international roaming before. Def worth buying before you leave.

Really liked how I could keep my Aussie SIM on for messages while using this for data. Didn’t mess anything up switching between them. Worked smoothly across Italy and Spain.

One thing I didn’t expect was how little battery it used compared to roaming. Was out all day using maps and bookings and phone still lasted well. Connection stayed stable across France and Belgium too.
