The service is poorly designed and far from streamlined compared to other providers. We had to repeatedly toggle airplane mode and even restart our phones multiple times just to get basic data working, which is unacceptable. Coverage was inconsistent with frequent patchy areas, and despite expecting a connection to Smart, it defaulted to Globe with noticeably worse performance. Setup on Android was manageable, but on iOS it was unnecessarily complicated, requiring manual data roaming, something other providers handle automatically. In contrast to countries like Vietnam where everything works instantly upon landing, this was frustrating, unreliable, and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend this service to anyone expecting a smooth experience.
