An eSIM is a virtual SIM card. If your device is not compatible with eSIM cards you won't be able to download the eSIM and use it on your device.
All you need is the right device and reliable connection.
Important:
- You can only use the QR code once.
- If you delete your eSIM profile you will not be able to reinstall it again. Please do not under any circumstances delete the eSIM profile once it has been downloaded. If you are having any issues, please contact us for assistance.
- Deleting your eSIM even if there has been no usage will not allow you to be reimbursed.
- Check that your phone is compatible with eSIM prior to making your purchase, as some phones are not eSIM compatible.
- Check that your phone is not locked into a service provider.

Note: it is not possible to store contacts on the eSIM as you do on a physical SIM card. You will however, still be able to access the contacts saved in your phone.
