This eSIM connects to Three for fast 4G/5G data, with hotspot and tethering supported.
What are the support hours for US and Europe customers?
Our support team is live 16 hours a day (9 AM to 1 AM AEST), covering US evenings & mornings plus UK & EU daytime, via live chat and email.

Our eSIMs are data-only and do not include a phone number. For calls and texts, we recommend using VoIP apps like WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Skype, or Google Voice.

Each eSIM covers specific countries or regions. You can view the full list by clicking the 'View Coverage Country List' link located just below the Add to Cart section on the product page.

Your eSIM will connect to one or more local networks in the covered countries. Most support 4G LTE, and some offer 5G speeds where available.

Each plan has a set number of days, listed on the product page. eSIMs can't be extended or topped up, but you can buy a new plan anytime.

I had 2 days stopover in Singapore and decided to get a local e-SIM so I had data when walking around (useful for maps, ordering cars, calling restaurants etc). Was working when I arrived and had plenty of coverage everywhere I went. My only issue at one point my phone said I was now roaming (I had turned off my Australian SIM) but I saw that the phone thought it was connected to a Hong Kong provider. I turned on data roaming and everything worked again. No idea why it decided I was in Hong Kong when I was in Singapore but didn't matter in the end. Great service I'll use again.
