Our eSIMs are data-only and do not include a phone number. For calls and texts, we recommend using VoIP apps like WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Skype, or Google Voice.

Each eSIM covers specific countries or regions. You can view the full list by clicking the 'View Coverage Country List' link located just below the Add to Cart section on the product page.

Your eSIM will connect to one or more local networks in the covered countries. Most support 4G LTE, and some offer 5G speeds where available.

Each plan has a set number of days, listed on the product page. eSIMs can't be extended or topped up, but you can buy a new plan anytime.

At sea, signals are usually only available via satellite networks, which our eSIMs do not support. Near ports, your eSIM will reconnect to local networks.

Yes – you can install it before you travel. However, if you enter any country listed in the plan's roaming coverage before your intended destination, the eSIM will automatically activate. We recommend installing shortly before departure if you're transiting through other covered countries.

This eSIM will activate automatically when you arrive at your destination. Just make sure mobile data is enabled and data roaming is turned on in your phone's settings.

Yes. Once active, your eSIM will connect to a supported local network included in your plan.
Make sure your phone's Mobile Data is set to the eSIM and Data Roaming is enabled.

If manual activation is required, step-by-step instructions will be included in your QR code email.

You can monitor your data usage in your phone settings:

iOS: Settings > Mobile > Current Period (or Current Period Roaming)
Android: Settings > Network & Internet > Data Usage

You can also check your remaining data and plan status through our Customer Portal.

No, our plans are prepaid and cannot be extended. Simply purchase another eSIM plan if you need more data.

Yes – you can keep your Australian number while using this SIM Card. If your phone supports dual SIM, leave your Australian SIM in the device, but make sure Data Roaming is turned off for it. Then, set your travel eSIM as the primary for Mobile Data. This way, you can still receive calls and texts to your Australian number over Wi-Fi or regular mobile signal (depending on your provider) without incurring roaming charges.
