• Dial *#06# — if you see a 32-digit EID, your device supports eSIM.
• Ensure your device is unlocked and eSIM-compatible.
• No Refunds if your device turns out to be incompatible after purchase.

⚙️ Activation & Installation

• You will receive the eSIM QR code by email after purchase.
• Once the eSIM QR code is scanned and installed, activation begins and the service days period starts — even outside covered countries.
  Please only scan and install the eSIM when you are ready to use it.
• eSIM QR code must be installed and activated within 90 days of purchase.
• Stable Wi-Fi is required during installation.
• Do not delete your eSIM profile — it cannot be reinstated or refunded.

🕒 Order & Processing Times

• eSIM QR code will be dispatched to you via email after dispatch on the same day. Orders after 1:00 AM AEST are processed from 9:00 AM AEST next business day.

📖 User Manual

1. We send all eSIM cards inactive with activation instructions.
2. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email with Digital eSIM profile (QR Code) and activation instructions within 24 hours.
3. Scan the QR code provided in the instructions to submit your arrival date.

📥 Step 1: Install Your eSIM

Within 24 hours before you start using the eSIM, connect to a stable Wi-Fi network and install the eSIM first.

• QR Code Scan: Use the QR code from your eSIM email.
• Manual Installation: If QR scan fails,Enter details provided in your email.

📱Step 2: Activate Your eSIM

After arriving, set eSIM as primary data source.

• Disable Auto Data Switching.
• Enable eSIM and turn on Data Roaming.
• Restart your device.

Simple, fast, and ready for your travels!

💡 When you have finished installing the eSIM, if you find that it is not working, please do not delete the eSIM file.

Please patiently wait for the network to activate the new eSIM card, which may take up to half an hour.

📧 Delivery

• eSIM orders will be sent out within 24 hours of order placement. Please follow instructions provided for eSIM activation.

🚚 Returns

• We are happy to accept returns within one day of order received. No questions asked.
• The buyer is responsible to return the item to us for inspection or provide evidence of their claim.
• We reserve the right to either issue a replacement or refund the purchaser.
• Please note that we do NOT provide a return service for situations which includes but are not limited to: incorrect plan selection and misuse.
• No returns or refunds if the eSIM QR code has already been generated.
• Any refunds will be processed minus a transaction fee depending on your payment method:
  - Credit Card:
  Domestic: 1.75% + $0.30 AUD
  International: 2.9% + $0.30 AUD
  - PayPal:
  Domestic: 2.6% + $0.30 AUD
  International: 3.6% + overseas currency fee (max. $1 AUD equivalent).
• If you experience any issues during your travels, we aim to resolve them as quickly as possible within business hours. Please allow us to respond before making alternative arrangements. If you purchase a SIM card from another provider without giving us a chance to assist you first, we may not be able to offer a refund.
