Frequently Asked Questions

After completing your purchase, you will receive your eSIM QR code via email within 2–5 minutes. In rare cases, it may take up to 15 minutes during peak periods. Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the email. The eSIM can be installed immediately after receiving the QR code.
Physical SIM cards are currently only available for delivery within Australia via Australia Post. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days, and express delivery takes 1–2 business days. All orders include a tracking number sent to your email once dispatched. For international customers, we recommend our eSIM products which are delivered instantly via email.
Once your order is shipped via Australia Post, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the Australia Post tracking page. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website and visiting the "My Orders" section.
If your tracking shows no updates for more than 10 business days, please contact our support team. We will investigate with Australia Post and either resend the item at no cost or issue a full refund. We recommend contacting us as soon as you notice a delivery issue.
Unfortunately, once an eSIM has been activated (installed and connected to a network), it cannot be returned or refunded. This is because the data plan is tied to the eSIM profile once activated. We recommend reviewing the plan details and coverage information before activating. If you experience technical issues with an activated eSIM, our support team will work to resolve them.
