First time I tried this company.
Awesome service. Saigon to Siem Reap up the Mekong, comms all the way.
I had a hiccup understanding the activation procedure, emailed. Rapid reply and resolution.
Friend accidentally downloaded it to her tablet. They resolved it for her when she was in Vietnam! Totally her fault, they had no obligation.
Great value and service.

Used in a few different countries and coverage stayed fairly consistent. Very convenient.

Moved between countries and didn’t have to change anything manually. It just worked.

Easy to install, worked as expected across multiple countries/territories (Hong Kong, Macau, Okinawa in Japan, and South Korea). However, there was a delay with delivery which caused some anxiety. It seems delivery occurs only during Australian working hours, which is something that wasn't clear when I first ordered. I suggest keeping this in mind when placing an order yourself.

Went through Japan, Korea and Thailand with no issues. Switching networks was automatic.

Used daily for nearly 2 weeks. Stayed reliable the whole time.

Setup easy and coverage good. Just small confusion at start but support help fix it.

Went from Vietnam to Malaysia to Thailand and it just auto connect. No manual change needed.

Everything works well but I think data finish bit faster than expected. Still very usable tho.

Speed was solid in Tokyo, Seoul and Bangkok. Even in busy station still usable for maps and translation apps.

We all used same type for family trip, hotspot worked fine for kids iPad. Saved a lot of hassle buying SIM in each country.

Used across Japan, Korea, Thailand and Singapore. It switch network automatically, I don’t need touch anything. Very convenient for multi country trip.

Had meetings in Hong Kong, Seoul, and Tokyo over two weeks. The 5G speeds were top-notch for emails and video calls. The instructions were clear, and I didn't have to worry about finding a local shop at each airport

Did 4 countries in 3 weeks and this eSIM handled it all. It struggled a bit inside some of the older concrete buildings in Tokyo, but was perfect once I stepped outside

This eSIM made moving around Asia so simple. Data switched automatically between networks and speeds stayed fast

Worked a treat through Thailand and Cambodia. Only giving 4 stars because it took about 5 minutes to find the new network after we crossed the border into Vietnam, but after a quick restart, it was fine

The eSIM has worked perfectly in most countries we have visited - Singapore, Vietnam, Taiwan and Japan. Unfortunately in Hong Kong it did not work. We knew it had to be verified which we tried to do but it did not work! It made it a little difficult because we were relying on it for maps and timetables!

Bought a few of these for the family trip and they worked well on both iPhones and Androids. It was great having data the moment we landed so we could book an Uber.

So good not having to muck around with physical SIM cards and those tiny metal pins. This digital version is the way to go. Worked perfectly through Taiwan and Macau.

Great coverage across Singapore and Indonesia. The 5G speeds were grouse for everything I needed. Just a heads up to keep an eye on your total data usage since there are no recharges on this plan

Simple to install and use. I got connected on arrival at both Malaysia and Vietnam. The sim worked seamlessly across both countries during my vacation.

Managed to get this sorted while waiting for my flight at Perth airport. It activated automatically once we reached Seoul. Signal was 4/5 most of the time, only dropping a bit in the very remote parts of the Philippines.

Was a bit worried it wouldn't work outside the big cities, but I had great signal even in rural Malaysia and the islands in Indonesia. Really impressed with how reliable it was. Will definitely be grabbing another one for our next trip

Coverage was solid across cities and even some regional areas. Used it in Vietnam, Taiwan and New Zealand. Speeds stayed consistent the whole trip.

Really impressed with the performance and coverage across Asia Pacific. Only reason for 4 stars is the price could be a little lower, but quality wise it’s great.

Had Zoom calls while in Singapore and Australia and the connection was very stable. Battery drain was minimal too which surprised me. Perfect if you still need to work while travelling.
