What are the support hours for US and Europe customers?
Our support team is live 16 hours a day (9 AM to 1 AM AEST), covering US evenings & mornings plus UK & EU daytime, via live chat and email.

Our eSIMs are data-only and do not include a phone number. For calls and texts, we recommend using VoIP apps like WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Skype, or Google Voice.

Your eSIM will connect to one or more local networks in the covered countries. Most support 4G LTE, and some offer 5G speeds where available.
