🚚 Returns
- We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of order received. No questions asked.
- The buyer is responsible to return the item to us for inspection or provide evidence of their claim.
- We reserve the right to either issue a replacement or refund the purchaser.
- Please note that we do NOT provide a return service for situations which includes but are not limited to: incorrect size selection and misuse.
- To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags still attached.
- Global Starlink may elect to charge a restocking fee of 20% of the value of the item for any change of mind or incorrect choice purchases, and this will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Any refunds will be processed minus a credit card fee of 1.75% + $0.30 service fee incurred during the transaction.
