Because the line is hosted on Orange France, any service messages sent by the network arrive in French. That is normal and not a fault.

No. This eSIM covers 180+ destinations, but the data allowance depends on the zone you are travelling in: 20GB in Zone 1 (all of Europe, the USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea, China, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand and most major destinations), 15GB in Zone 2, 10GB in Zone 3, 5GB in Zone 4, 1GB in Zone 5 and 50MB in Zone 6.

Please check the allowance table on this page for your destination before you buy. Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, Belarus, Côte d’Ivoire, Moldova, Montenegro and North Macedonia are Zone 6 (50MB) — for those trips a dedicated regional eSIM is the better choice.

Your eSIM will connect to one or more local networks in the covered countries. Most support 4G LTE, and some offer 5G speeds where available.

This plan runs for 30 days. The clock starts as soon as the eSIM is installed and connects to a network, so install it just before you travel or once you arrive.

Yes – you can install it before you travel. However, if you enter any country listed in the plan's roaming coverage before your intended destination, the eSIM will automatically activate. We recommend installing shortly before departure if you're transiting through other covered countries.

This eSIM will activate automatically when you arrive at your destination. Just make sure mobile data is enabled and data roaming is turned on in your phone's settings.

Yes. Once active, your eSIM will connect to a supported local network included in your plan.
Make sure your phone's Mobile Data is set to the eSIM and Data Roaming is enabled.
