- We send all eSIM cards inactive with activation instructions.
- Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email with Digital eSIM profile (QR Code) and activation instructions.
- Scan the QR code provided in the instructions to submit your Passport and IMEI/EID details as well as your arrival date (or click here).
- Please make sure to submit the following details at least 24 hours before arrival:
- Clear photo of an adult passport photo page (minimum 18 years old) (click here for an example)
- Screenshot of your phone’s IMEI numbers (dial *#06#)
- Arrival date (your eSIM will be activated 1 day prior to your arrival date allowing for full 29 days service in Bali)
Note: One passport is valid for a maximum of two eSIMs only.
📥 Step 1: Install Your eSIM
Once you arrive in Indonesia, connect to a stable Wi-Fi network and install your eSIM. Please note that the eSIM must be installed within 24 hours of the arrival date provided. Failure to do so will result in the eSIM being terminated due to lack of usage.
- QR Code Scan: Use the QR code from your eSIM email.
- Manual Installation: If QR scan fails, enter details provided in your email.
📱Step 2: Activate Your eSIM
After arriving, set eSIM as primary data source.
- Disable Auto Data Switching.
- Enable eSIM and turn on Data Roaming.
- Restart your device.
Simple, fast, and ready for your travels!
💡 When you have finished installing the eSIM, if you find that it is not working, please do not delete the eSIM file.
Please patiently wait for the network to activate the new eSIM card, which may take up to half an hour.
