I bought the esim for Japan and it was my first time purchasing any sort of esim. The esim was easy to activate and use. Speed was pretty good, too. Definitely recommend for any travel abroad, and will probably use it again for my next travel.

Amazing way to connect when travelling overseas. Worked really well great phone and internet coverage in Hawaii. No need for a sim. I certainly recommend this ESim and company. Kept me informed every step of the way and when I landed in Hawaii I had a message when I turned my phone on that it was active. Also it was much cheaper than using my aussie mobile.

Haben diese E-Sim für unseren 3-wöchigen Hawaii Urlaub gekauft. Der Kauf war unkompliziert, die Installation haben wir am Anreisetag direkt in LA am Flughafen gemacht. Bei meinem Freund problemlos, bei mir hat es nicht funktioniert. Habe mich daraufhin per Mail an den Kundenservice gewandt, der sehr rasch geantwortet hat und schlussendlich auch schnell eine Lösung hatte. Danach hat alles bestens funktioniert! In Hawaii hatten wir bis auf ganz wenige Ausnahmen (zb. Am Berg) wirklich immer gutes Netz!
Alles in allem waren wir wirklich sehr zufrieden! Preis-Leistung top!
