  • In order to activate your SIM card, we require passport information to complete the activation (Given Name(s), Last Name, Nationality, Passport Number, Date of Birth and Gender (no passport photos are required)).

  • We activate your SIM card 1 day prior to the arrival date that you set during activation submission.
  • Please ensure you submit the activation request at least 3 days prior to your arrival date (in local time), to give us enough time to complete the activation request prior to your arrival.
  • Any changes to the activation date, will need requested at least 3 days prior to your original arrival date, so we can change the commencement date of your service.
  • Hotspot/tethering allowed
  • Works in any unlocked mobile phone or device that supports 34G or 5G networks.
  • Please activate your SIM card within 6 months of purchase.
  • Please note that since Vodafone ES is a Spanish telecommunications provider, you will receive your welcome messages and other account-related messages (such as data balance notifications) in Spanish. We recommend using a translating app such as Google Translate to convert the text to English for your convenience.
  • The SIM is designed for short-term travellers and is therefore single-use only. If you are travelling for more than 28 days, we recommend purchasing multiple SIMs before your trip.
  • International call minutes allow calls from Spain to 66 destinations, with restrictions:
    - Australia does not include satellite or Norfolk Island phone numbers.
    - Fixed-only: Algeria*, Argentina, Austria*, Bolivia*, El Salvador*, Morocco*, Nigeria*, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Russia, Taiwan, Uruguay, and Venezuela

How do I activate?
  • We ship SIM cards inactive.
  • Please follow the activation instruction sent to you with the SIM.
  • We activate your SIM card 1 day prior to the arrival date that you set during the activation request.
  • In order to have a smooth activation process, please make sure you submit at least 3 days prior to your arrival date and give us the correct arrival date in local time to the destination you are headed to.
  • If you wish to change this date after your request, please contact us at least 3 days prior to your noted arrival date, so we can change the commencement date of your 28-day service.

Shipping

  • We offer both standard and express delivery within Australia, using Australia Post.
  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment being received.

General Delivery Information:

  • Orders are dispatched during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
  • Orders placed before 12pm (AEST) will be dispatched on the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12pm (AEST) will be dispatched the following business day.
  • Local pick up is available Monday to Friday between 10am - 4pm.
  • eSIM orders will be sent out within 24 hours of order placement.

Once the order is lodged with Australia Post we have no control over delivery times. For information regarding delivery and estimated delivery times please visit www.auspost.com.au.

  • All Standard Delivery and Express Post delivery options will include a tracking number to enable you to track your order here http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html.
  • For Standard Delivery, please allow up to 3-9 business days from the date the order is dispatched before contacting us. This allows for any unforeseen delays with Australia Post.
  • For Express Post, please allow up to 1-3 business days from the date the order is dispatched before contacting us. This allows for any unforeseen delays with Australia Post.

Returns

  • We are happy to accept returns within one day of order received. No questions asked.
  • The buyer is responsible to return the item to us for inspection or provide evidence of their claim.
  • We reserve the right to either issue a replacement or refund the purchaser.
  • Please note that we do NOT provide a return service for situations which includes but are not limited to: incorrect size selection and misuse.
  • No return or refunds if the eSIM card has already been activated.
  • Global Starlink may elect to charge a restocking fee of 20% of the value of the item for any change of mind or incorrect choice purchases, and this will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Any refunds will be processed minus a transaction fee depending on your payment method:
    - Credit Card:
    Domestic: 1.75% + $0.30 AUD
    International: 2.9% + $0.30 AUD
    - PayPal:
    Domestic: 2.6% + $0.30 AUD
    International: 3.6% + overseas currency fee (max. $1 AUD equivalent).
  • If you experience any issues during your travels, we aim to resolve them as quickly as possible within business hours. Please allow us to respond before making alternative arrangements. If you purchase a SIM card from another provider without giving us a chance to assist you first, we may not be able to offer a refund.

Seller was quick to respond to my queries and provided detailed steps for activating sim. Quick delivery. Connected straight away when I landed in Germany after following instructions. I would buy from seller again IF they offered a different Telco brand because Vodafone isnÕt really the best, esp some indoor places where others were able to use their mobile & data. Automated Vodafone txt msgs that you will receive are in Spanish.
