We travelled from Los Angeles to Las Vegas, then flew over to New York before finishing with a few days in Toronto. The eSIM setup was much easier than I expected. I received the QR code quickly, installed it on my iPhone 14 before leaving Australia and simply waited for the activation notification after arriving. Unlimited data in the US was fantastic and the Canada allowance was more than enough for our few days there. I'd definitely buy this one again.

Spent nearly a week around Orlando visiting the theme parks and this eSIM handled everything easily. Constantly used mobile tickets, park apps, ride wait times and navigation between parks. The unlimited US data was a huge bonus because we were on our phones most of the day. Battery usage also seemed pretty reasonable considering how much we used it.

I had to keep working while travelling so reliable internet was pretty important. Used hotspot with my MacBook for emails, Teams meetings and cloud uploads almost every day. Speeds stayed consistent around Chicago and Dallas and I never had any issues joining meetings. Definitely suited for anyone mixing business with a holiday.

If you're travelling with an iPhone 12 or newer I'd definitely recommend buying this before you leave Australia. Having everything ready meant we walked out of the airport already connected. No lining up at airport kiosks or comparing expensive tourist plans. The included calls and texts also came in handy for confirming accommodation bookings.

I have an iPhone 13 and the activation process was exactly as described. After installing the eSIM I received the setup notification once I landed in San Francisco and everything connected automatically. Didn't need to visit any phone shops or mess around with settings. Internet was quick enough for FaceTime, Google Maps and uploading heaps of holiday photos. Made travelling so much easier.

Our road trip covered California, Arizona, Utah and Nevada over almost three weeks. Navigation was running almost the entire time and we streamed plenty of music while driving. Reception stayed reliable whenever there was mobile coverage available and switching between cities happened automatically. Honestly one of the easiest travel purchases we've made.

I wasn't completely sure how the activation worked so I contacted customer support before leaving. They explained that the activation notification only appears once you're in the supported coverage area, which stopped me stressing when nothing happened in Australia. Everything worked exactly as they explained. Really friendly service and very clear instructions.

Overall I'm really happy with the service and I'd use it again. Installation was simple and the connection stayed fast throughout Los Angeles, San Diego and Las Vegas. The only reason I'm giving four stars is because the 25GB allowance in Canada is generous but I still found myself keeping an eye on usage while streaming videos there. For travellers mainly spending time in the US though it's excellent value.

This was perfect for our family holiday because we visited both the USA and Canada. Crossing the border was really straightforward and the phone switched networks by itself. The included Canada data covered everything we needed including maps, restaurant bookings and messaging family back home. Nice not having to buy another SIM for such a short stop.

Noticed it held signal better indoors compared to others I’ve used before. Worked well inside malls and buildings.
