First time I tried this company.
Awesome service. Saigon to Siem Reap up the Mekong, comms all the way.
I had a hiccup understanding the activation procedure, emailed. Rapid reply and resolution.
Friend accidentally downloaded it to her tablet. They resolved it for her when she was in Vietnam! Totally her fault, they had no obligation.
Great value and service.

Used this across Australia, New Zealand and Japan while visiting family and the speeds were surprisingly fast. Streaming YouTube, using Google Maps and uploading videos all worked really well. I hardly bothered connecting to hotel WiFi because mobile data was already quick enough. Really impressed with the overall performance.

If you're visiting more than two countries this eSIM actually works out better value than buying separate local SIM cards. We travelled through Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Malaysia over three weeks and everything just worked. It saved time, avoided airport queues and meant we stayed connected the entire holiday. I'd happily buy it again.

I mixed work with a holiday so reliable internet was really important. Hotspotted my laptop while working from cafés in Seoul and Taipei, then spent the afternoons sightseeing. Video meetings stayed stable and cloud uploads finished much quicker than expected. If you're a digital nomad or remote worker this plan is well worth considering.

I chose this because we were travelling through five different countries and didn't want the hassle of changing SIM cards every few days. We went from Vietnam to Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia before finishing in Singapore. The network switched automatically every time we crossed borders and speeds stayed good enough for maps, video calls and uploading heaps of photos. Definately one of the best travel purchases we made.

One thing I really liked was leaving my Australian SIM active for banking verification texts while using this eSIM for data. I didn't miss any important messages from home and still had fast internet the whole trip. Setup only took a few minutes and after that I barely had to think about it again.

This was my first ever eSIM and I expected it to be confusing. The QR code arrived quickly after ordering and the instructions were really simple. I accidentally expected it to activate in Australia but support explained it only connects once you arrive in a supported country. Everything worked exactly as they described. Great service for beginners.

Overall this is an excellent travel eSIM and I'd definitely recommend it for anyone doing a multi-country Asia trip. Installation was easy, network switching happened automatically and coverage stayed reliable across every destination we visited. The only reason I'm giving four stars is because speeds slowed slightly one evening in a very crowded shopping district in Tokyo, but they returned to normal not long after. For most travellers it's an outstanding option.

I wasn't sure how the eSIM would handle airport transfers and short stopovers but it performed brilliantly. Landed in Hong Kong for only a few hours before continuing to Japan and the connection worked in both places without me changing any settings. Having internet immediately after landing made finding trains and booking transport much less stressful.

We visited Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and Singapore over nearly four weeks and this eSIM honestly made the whole trip easier. I installed it before leaving Australia and once we landed in Tokyo it connected almost straight away. Every time we entered another country it automatically found a new network within a minute or two. Didn't have to buy extra SIMs or waste time at airports. Perfect if you're doing a proper multi-country holiday.

Easy to install, worked as expected across multiple countries/territories (Hong Kong, Macau, Okinawa in Japan, and South Korea). However, there was a delay with delivery which caused some anxiety. It seems delivery occurs only during Australian working hours, which is something that wasn't clear when I first ordered. I suggest keeping this in mind when placing an order yourself.

Went through Japan, Korea and Thailand with no issues. Switching networks was automatic.

Worked a treat through Thailand and Cambodia. Only giving 4 stars because it took about 5 minutes to find the new network after we crossed the border into Vietnam, but after a quick restart, it was fine

The eSIM has worked perfectly in most countries we have visited - Singapore, Vietnam, Taiwan and Japan. Unfortunately in Hong Kong it did not work. We knew it had to be verified which we tried to do but it did not work! It made it a little difficult because we were relying on it for maps and timetables!
